Video games - Can/ Can't - Quite well, very well - not at all
Theo: Mario and Luigi are fantastic!
Joe: Really? What can they do?
Theo: They can jump very high!
Joe: Yes. Mario can jump very high.
Theo: And so can Luigi...
Joe: Yes. But if a goomba gets Mario, or Luigi, it's the end for them.
Theo: Yup. One down for Mario... But not if he has a power up. Mario and Luigi can get power ups.
Joe: Yeah. With power ups Mario and Luigi become Super Mario and Super Luigi.
Theo: Yeah. They grow larger, they can swim more easily, and they can fly.
We use can to indicate ability or possibility. The negative form of can is can't.

We use the adverbial expression quite well, very well or really well in affirmative sentences. That is to say, we use them with can
The adverbial expression (not) at all goes in negative sentences with can.
We use (not) at all to emphasise that the subject in the construction is absolutely useless at the ability indicated by can (not) at all
This is expressed in the negative form. Can't (which includes the particle not)
